This project's task was to create a solution to part of the housing stability problem in Detroit. From here, we went through the process of managing our scope to find potential areas for improvement. We aimed to do so using the "See, Think, Make, Do" methodology introduced in the book titled "This is Service Design Methods" by Marc Stickdorn, Markus Edgar Hormess, Adam Lawrence, and Jakob Schneider. Within this project, I took on the role of our primary designer. This means I was in charge of creating the majority of our visuals for our slide deck and our prototypes.
